Pricing and Billing

• Payment terms are typically 50% deposit and 50% upon completion
• Hosting and maintenance services are billed annually or monthly as agreed
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. For development projects, refunds are typically not available once work has commenced, except in cases of non-delivery or breach of contract.

Client Content

You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us. You grant us a license to use this content solely for providing our services to you.

Developed Work

Upon full payment, you will own the custom code and designs created specifically for your project. We retain rights to any proprietary tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in development.
